  • Abstract
    In this paper, we present the performance analysis of outage probability for multiuser Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems with Maximal Ratio Combining (MRC), exploiting user and antenna diversities under Weibull fading environment. We propose the use of a transmit antenna selection scheme in multiuser MIMO systems in order to overcome the drawback of multipath fading, and to improve system performance. We derive new closed-form expressions for outage probability of the system subject to Weibull fading environment.
