Abstract :
Present control centres are based on strict hierarchy of operational personnel. Each personnel at this centre conduct specifically defined activities and receive or produce specific information flow. Control centre functionality includes also procedural context between centre´s environment and centre itself. There are lots of simulators or models that facilitate training of personnel from the perspective of centre systems control or rehearsal of procedures necessary to errorless centre operation. How sophisticated these models are, depend on erudition and experience of makers as well as the form of analyses and models description. The article offers new approach to procedural modelling of operational or tactical centres using tools and methods usually applied to system architecture development like NATO Architecture Framework (NAF) or Department of Defence Architecture Framework (DODAF). Described way can be used in military or civilian operational or tactical centres models development.
