Abstract :
This paper describes multimedia technology which is used in electronic environment, i.e. electronic learning services that should be justified to the rapid changes in information-communication technologies as well as in education world. The terms of T-learning, M-learning, U-learning, corresponding standards and the evaluation of their performances are also pointed out in this paper.
