            Abstract : 
Impedance analysis of the biological event has gained much importance in recent years. In this study, an attempt was made to develop a low-cost impedance analyser for the measurement of bioimpedance. 8038 IC was used as a waveform generator for the analyzer. The impedance analyzer was interfaced with PC using NI 6009. The developed analyzer was functional in the frequency range of 100 Hz-5 KHz. The measurement of bioimpedance of goat blood suggested a decrease in the impedance of the blood with dilution.
