Abstract :
Communication systems for Smart highway adopt WAVE standard which is modified version of IEE 802.11a standard especially focusing on vehicular environments. Handover is one of critical functions of wireless communication system to provide seamless services. In this paper, we propose the L2 handover scheme which uses WSA. The proposed scheme is verified with empirical measurements in the Smart highway testbed.
