Abstract :
A new controfller for maximum power point tracking, using a fuzzy inference system, is presented. This control has an external loop with a classical PI controller providing the output current reference in a DC-DC converter. The control system is simulated in Matlab Simulink 2010b and experimentally tested in a Microchip micro controller to verify the dynamic behavior, versatility and robustness of the proposed controller.
