Abstract :
In order to estimate the camera´s small amplitude panning jitter, the fast global motion parameters estimation method based on improved C-1BT was proposed. Self-moving objects, unstable edge details and smooth areas are the main mismatch factors. Considering the characteristics of the various factors, and combining with the related literature theories, a pre-selection method was proposed before local motion vector estimation, to get some robustness macro blocks which well suitable for global motion parameters estimation. At the same time, based on the pre-selection estimation algorithm, the predictive part of the adaptive rood pattern search method is refined, which can reduce the risk of falling into local optimum. Matlab simulation results show that fast and robustness of the proposed method.
