Abstract :
Grinding is a major method of manufacturing. However, due to the grinding mechanism is quite complex and the grinding process is requiring high precision monitoring", "it is much more difficult to monitor grinding process than other machining methods. Considering the safety, efficiency and quality of grinding process, this thesis accomplish monitoring the grinding contact, grinding collision and grinding burn status of grinding process by using Acoustic emission technology. Grinding contact, grinding burn support vector machine classifier by process modeling and the entire online intelligent monitoring system platform has been designed.
