Abstract :
This paper presents a control algorithm which is used to control the proportional solenoid valve based on the research of the relationship between armature dither and drive current pulsating quantity. The control parameter of this algorithm is the drive current pulsating quantity. Armature dither which is got by simulation determined drive current pulsating quantity. The practical results show that this control method which control parameter is drive current pulsating quantity can reduce flow hysteresis, and the working performance of proportional solenoid valve is effectively improved.
