  • Abstract
    A system based on MCU is designed to measure and control oil level accurately to improve the efficiency of pumping unit. AT89C2051 is controller, a new vibratory ultrasonic emitter and receiver are included in measuring circuit, with LED display circuit to control the states of pumping unit. A single-line digital temperature sensor is used as the core of compensator to revise the errors due to surroundings temperature change, the system anti-jamming ability is improved. The system software is written by C language, interrupt routines are used to record and deal with the time data to count the oil level accurately. The system has the merits of running reliably and measuring truly after debugging, it is worthy of extending.
