Abstract :
In order to adapt the construction of smart gird, the characteristics and targets of development of smart hydropower plant are researched by analysis of the deficiency of current hydropower plants. According to the situation of the domestic hydropower plant, frame as well as the hierarchy structure of the smart hydropower plant is constructed. The theory of condition based maintenance is researched further through intelligent decision-making support as well as the construction of unified data information platform. In the Final, the significance and prospect of the smart hydropower plant are stated.
