Abstract :
For the purpose of larger penetration of wind power generation in power grid, its appropriate control is important. Even in PMSG type, which is now believed to be the strongest in its control ability, simultaneous realization of perfect smoothing and maximization of its output is difficult. This implies necessity of implementing a sophisticated control method. This paper proposes a new method which gives us the optimal structure, selection of input information and mathematical formulae used to compute the control signal. Free from the predetermination of control structure, the proposed method gives us the most appropriate trajectory of each control element by direct numerical solution of Euler´s equation known in calculus of variations.
