Abstract :
Nowadays, the major problem in Lebanese hospitals is the absence of accurate database systems that can provide the reception with a list of available beds or rooms in the hospital. Hence, the system we have realized aims to provide a new tool to check the availability of the beds based on hardware and software. Therefore, each bed is equipped of a sensor based network that can test whether this bed is in use or not. As a result, a test bench is realized in order to show the whole system. Note that a differentiation between first class rooms and second class rooms is also taken into consideration.
