Abstract :
The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and sensitive stress analysis of drive circuit used in erbium fiber laser were implemented to confirm the sensitive stress of drive circuit used in erbium fiber laser. Based on that, some theoretical basis could be provided for some advice of the FOG´s life evaluation. The fault tree of drive circuit used in erbium fiber laser was built in accordance with the operation environment and condition by collecting failure information and analyzing performance parameters. Reliability prediction model was built according to reliability prediction handbook for electronic equipment of JGB/Z 299C-2006. And its parameters were found and calculated, so the failure rate, reliability, and average life expectancy of drive circuit used in erbium fiber laser was got as well as the failure probability density function, and provide a basis for the use of fiber optic gyroscope and life assessment.
