  • Abstract
    The Charge of the MOS´gate (Qg) is a dynamic parameter of MOSFET. We can get this parameter by the MOSFET´s Qg measurer and get TQg which represents the time that the voltage of the MOSFET´s gate up from 0V to 10V. In this paper a measure Software of MOSFET´s Qg Measurer is introduced. The application layer and bottom drive of the MOSFET´s Qg Measurer based on CodeWarrior is designed. Measure procedure, AD procedure and menu show procedure are highlighted, along with analyses the measure principle and the debug result. The whole software design can make the measures of MOSFET´s Qg accurately and it also provides guidance for the similar parameters of MSSFET.
