Abstract :
The paper focuses on implementing the design of an experimental device for measuring the phase and the control temperature in a chamber. For the phase control and the temperature monitor were used the thermocouple and the thermo resistor (RTD). This device can be used to control the temperature treatment for furnaces, bakery ovens, injection machines and plastic machines welding. The device includes the conditional blocks signals: the thermoresistor (RTD) block, the thermocouple, the data conversion block. The digital processing was realized using a microcontroller that consists in a digital-to-analog converter, display elements and a software set of values.
