Abstract :
Conductive polymers presents a new and diverse range of chemical and electrochemical properties. These new properties have allowed their use in a wide range of applications such as electrical energy storage devices (e.g. supercapacitors). This paper presents a characterization of electrochemical behaviour of electro-active polymer-carbon nanocomposite by using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical spectroscopy impedance method. The conductive polymers (pyrrole, benzenpyrrole and methylbenzenepyrrole) were electro-coated on carbon-electrode for an appropriate observation of the capacitive behavior.
