Abstract :
This paper presents a video acquisition system used to record high speed video sequences in order to measure human eyelid mobility. The human eyelid mobility is a highly dynamic process which requires a high speed monitoring system. A high speed video camera is used to acquire video sequences of the subject face. The video sequences constituting the data base that are used to study eyelid mobility remain stored as binary files on the computer hard drive.
