Abstract
The results of investigations of pulse X-ray conductivity for metal-dielectric-metal and metal-dielectric-semiconductor-metal structures, where thin plates of Li2 B4 O7 or Li6 GdB3 O9 single crystals, and Li2 B4 O7 glasses used as dielectrics, have been presented.
