Abstract
The single crystals of calcium molybdate were investigated in the temperature range of 100–320 K using thermoluminescence (TSL), thermally stimulated depolarization (TSD) and polarization (TSP1, TSP2) methods. One of the TSL trap was found to disappear after high-temperature annealing of calcium molybdate single crystals. Activation energies were calculated for the detected traps.
