  • Abstract
This article has studied the floor surface concave-convex texture in antique floor with the machine-finishing automated process, has analyzed the floor surface texture distributed characteristic. Uses the CNC machine tool, through designs the cutting tool to feed reasonably the route, completes the floor surface the concave-convex texture. Take the solid wood floor as the processing object, uses the numerical control processing software design cutting tool way, forms the texture effect after the simulation processing preview, and starts to process the floor. The result indicated: The CNC machine tool may replace the artificial processing floor in the style of antiquity, develops the appropriate processing cutting tool, a precision higher engine bed and the cutting tool way database is the key to mechanize antique floor.
