  • Abstract
    A two-stage amplifier with recycling telescopic input stage is presented. Analysis shows that recycling telescopic can greatly increase the transconductance and DC gain without degrading other performances, such as input-referred noise. Simulation results show that with the same power consumption, the amplifier with recycling telescopic has 50% enhancement in gain-bandwidth (GBW) and 9 dB improvement in DC gain over conventional counterpart.
