Abstract :
This paper describes a system for automatic target scoring which applied in mobile shooting range setting. Target scoring is used for training precision and reaction shooting skill for military organization. The problems addressed are acquisition system, bulls eye area detection, bullet hole detection and automated scoring. The method used in this system is different than other system previously developed which is based on frame differencing or subtraction. This system is using single frame detection with classification-based filtering and tracking bullet holes in association with previous frame to detect novel shot while keeping track of previously detected shot.
