Abstract :
Traditional video quality assessment systems are very difficult to give an overall evaluation of video quality. In this paper a multifunctional video quality assessment system is proposed. It not only provides the capability of full-reference video quality assessment and no-reference video quality assessment, but also has the functions of encoding delay analysis, encoding complexity analysis and encoding stream analysis. Experimental results show that the proposed system can give an overall evaluation of video quality.
