Abstract :
In Japanese traditional medicine, "Monshin" plays an important role. "Monshin" is a questionnaire that asked the patient\´s lifestyle and subjective symptoms. Specialists decide traditional herbal medicine by using of "Monshin". In this research, we analyze "Monshin" and predict "Sho" which is the name of a disease.
