e-Ticketing system for football events in Malaysia

Football fans in Malaysia have to queue up at the counter to buy tickets to watch matches at the stadium. Having to queue for tickets is time-consuming and more often than not, creates inadvertent stress among the football fans. The latter is compounded when tickets are sold out while they are still queuing. Such frustrations may lead to unforeseen calamities. In this work, we propose an e-Ticketing system for football fans in Malaysia. e-Ticketing is a system or application of which the core objectives are for online ticket generation and sales. This system enables users to make ticket reservations online and print out the tickets by themselves. Not only does this system benefit the fans but the organizers themselves benefit through cost savings on ticket printing.
