            Abstract : 
It is so important to clear all kind of electrical faults that take place in the electrical network, otherwise, this may lead to blackout. For this reason, many protective devices have been developed among them an auto-recloser. Auto-recloser is a circuit breaker associated with a control circuit that may automatically re-close the breaker after opening it due to a fault detection. Since more than 80% of the faults are self clearing in their nature hence, power outage time can be reduced if the reclosing function is automated and carefully planned. In this paper, a new frame work is proposed using PC associated with Acquisition card.
