Abstract :
In this study, we employed three PTZ cameras to monitor the security zone that different from the conventional surveillance system with some fixed camera. System computes the optimal scheduling score which enables to assign cameras to targets with the best quality and deal with the handoff tracking. The advantages of applying multiple PTZ cameras include 1) the spatial location can be used to efficiently track objects by using the three fields of views from crossed cameras, (2) the information of three PTZ cameras can exchange each other reduce the blind space, (3) the ability to track the multimedia targets in three-dimensional space.
