Abstract :
Intensified and complex communication needs of current society and technologies inspired the increasing interest in encrypted and cognitive communication techniques. Circuits used in encrypted and cognitive communication systems have some prerequisites such as, agility and configurability. In this study, it´s aimed to provide circuits with lower power consumption and higher bandwidth to be used in encrypted and cognitive communication systems. For this reason, a top notch process, STMicroelectronics´ 28nm process, is used in overall design flow. Circuit design and frequency agile, configurable filter application are realized as a first application in this process. It is planned to support different global positioning system (GPS) protocols with unique filter circuit as an application.
