Abstract :
This paper analyzes the circuit operations of the Phase Shifted Full Bridge converter with secondary side synchronous rectification in details and proposed the guidelines for how to choose the secondary side synchronous MOSFETs to achieve the best efficiency for the Phase Shifted Full Bridge Converter. Experimental data were also collected to verify the conclusions.
