Abstract
To boats and yachts, the overall Carbon Emissions (CE) is an important technical indicators to measure the degree of greening. Learning from several carbon measurement method, this article researches the method to quantitatively measure boats and yachts´ overall CE. The accounting model is selected according to 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories published by IPCC(Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change), and it is applied on the carbon measurement of a shuttle boat.
