Abstract :
This is a companion to a paper of the same title, Part I [1], which deals with the theoretical aspects of the optimal allocation of passive filters in distribution electrical networks with static converters. Part I formulates the multiobjective optimization model and proposes a heuristic solution procedure based on trade-off/risk analysis. This Part II presents and discusses numerical applications of the approach proposed in Part I, in order to illustrate the implementation problems and practical applications. The numerical tests refer to a 16-node Medium Voltage distribution system and consider both deterministic and uncertain frameworks.
