Abstract :
The Adverse Drug Events (ADE) provide many problems in the health domain as death, handicap, temporary incapacity The cardiology specialty is more sensitive to ADE because cardiac patient used many types of drugs, which can provides ADEs. Many computer systems aimed to prevent ADE, but have limits caused by the absence of a structure knowledge background relative to ADEs, which provide a difficulty to explore information. To resolve this problem a structure knowledge background is needed to limit cardiac ADE domain, and facilitate information exploration. Our work aims to construct cardiac ADE ontology, which is a representation of concept related to ADE problem occurred in cardiac domain. The structure of ontology makes the exploration of information more effective and prevent cardiac patient to ADEs.
