Foreword

CONIELECOMP, the annual International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Computing, has succeeded in gathering an outstanding collection of works that are representative of the state of the art in our areas of interest. In its 23rd edition, our conference presents to all attendees a collection of papers selected by a technical committee committed with quality. The Program Committee has selected contributions that will appeal audiences in three major areas: computing, electronics and mechatronics. Fifty two papers were selected from a total of 76 submissions by a truly international Program Committee with members who are leaders in their fields of expertise, as well as a group of dedicated additional reviewers. Program committee members were responsible for reviewing and providing feedback to authors on their work. Selection was based on these reviews and on further discussion of each paper among the involved referees. We are very grateful for the commitment and enthusiastic support displayed by all of our reviewers.
