Abstract :
The statistical model of the image DCT coefficients will change because of some operations on the image. This paper compares a variety of common functions distribution and the image DCT coefficients statistical model fitting degree, found that the eigenvalue of which the stable distribution fit with the statistical model of DCT coefficients has good regularity, and may reflect changes in the statistical model of DCT coefficients for image tampering operation, so it can become a reference characteristic to identify the image tampering.
