  • Abstract
Compressed sensing (CS) is a newly proposed framework, meant for transmitting multimedia content at significantly below Nyquist rate. Encryption is incorporated into compressive sensing technique in order to avoid unauthorized access of multimedia content. When block based compressive sensing is used, our analysis proved that existing encryption technique is vulnerable to known plaintext attack. So we propose a new highly resistant encryption strategy in which measurement matrix corresponding to each block is shuffled based on different keys generated by linear feedback shift register (LFSR). Our analysis shows that this system is secure against known plaintext attack.
