Abstract :
The paper presents need for ontology, usage of ontology into real world. The things we need to keep into mind before processing. This paper presents the ontology architecture for the Healthcare domain. It shows the basic activities performed by the healthcare sector and its usefulness into this sector. We have included the ontology engineering methodology and developed sample model for healthcare domain. Ontologies are widely used in Semantic web W3C has declared OWL as a standard language for ontology expansion. This paper also presents the daily activities performed at hospital level.
