Abstract :
A completely new semiconductor device “distar” and amplifier using distar were invented by the author. The distar is consisted of LED and photodiode, and it operates just like a conventional bipolar transistor. Therefore, practical amplifiers can be manufactured using the distar. Super high-power distar amplifier will be realized in near future.
