Abstract :
We showcase the development and deployment of a service that uses a reference Cloud infrastructure to dynamically scale up or down the resources offered through a production Grid cluster. Whenever certain thresholds related to the demand for computing resources are met the service handles the introduction (or removal) of virtualized computing resources under the Grid computing queues.
