Reducing uncertainty in the automotive after sale service parts through inventory management

Due to changing global environment, uncertainty is a part of business. In the competitive automotive industry, the management of after sales service parts has become a major contributor to a company´s profits. Therefore, implementing an efficient and effective inventory management system is the key to competitive advantage and profitability for the enterprise. In this study, we consider a case study for a major automotive company in Taiwan.
