Abstract :
This paper presents a model of the lung mechanics which simulates the pulmonary alveolar ventilation. The gas laws and pulmonary compliance theories are used to establish the mathematical model of the ventilation. Our results show that the lung can be simulated by the model. Our lung model controls respiratory function through the control of internal pressure.
