However, without interaction, it missed sometimes the accuracy of respondents´ evaluation and included potential inconsistency. In order to overcome the problems, this paper proposes a diagnosis for interactive conjoint analysis system based on web-questionnaire. This diagnosis function gives the respondents a complete feedback of their preference and allows them to re-evaluate their preference. Based on the previously proposed system, this paper considers three kind of diagnosis based on attribute importance, consistency of respondent´s evaluation and social norm comparison. This paper also describes potential scenario using the proposed function.
