Abstract :
According to the actual situation of security system in disaster areas and combined with some classic shortest path algorithms, this paper gives the conception of the best path algorithms on the base of the shortest-circuit path algorithms (Dijkstra) with consideration of a coefficient of the road hustling degree. This algorithm is being used in the design and application of urban security system with good and practical result based on GIS.
