  • Abstract
    Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training in Taiwan with reference to ISO10015, Investors in People in U.K., developed Taiwan TrainQuali System, TTQS in 2005. Exploring the TTQS database which contains five major dimensions: Plan, Design, Do, Review, and Outcome as the scoring standard of the index items. This research analyzes BEVT database on enterprises applying for TTQS and discusses the differences between organizations´ TTQS cognized importance index and actual transformation to execution through cross-performance matrix. The correlation between enhancing business performance and understanding the organization´s training policies as the decision-making factor of human resources for businesses in adopting TTQS indexes is explored using a combination of the five dimensions and decision tree. It is hoped that, with evaluation models and reference of solutions in this research, enterprises wishing to invest in human resources can enhance human training quality.
