Abstract :
This paper presents semi Gaussian (S-G) shaper circuit based on differential difference current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DDCCTA). The grounded capacitors make the realization suitable for integration. The proposed circuits are verified for functionality through extensive SPICE simulations using 0.25 µm TSMC CMOS technology model parameters. The performance comparison is made in terms of total harmonic distortion, power dissipation, dynamic range, signal to noise ratio (SNR) and output noise.
