Abstract :
The cloud computing is emerging in several ICT areas, including the mobile service industry. This development is knows as mobile cloud computing. Mobile cloud can be considered a kind of cloud computing with assistance computing for mobility. But certain definition and technical elements are not establishment yet. This paper introduces a standardization of function and requirement of mobile cloud services.
