Abstract :
This paper presents an implementation of a Filterbank Multicarrier (FBMC) prototype transmission link. The Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) - which is a Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform - was used for the realization. The proposed system consists of a conventional FBMC transmitter and receiver using timestamped synchronization and shared system clock. With the aid of this setup Power Spectrum Density (PSD), Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) and Bit Error Rate (BER) measurements were performed and analyzed.
