Abstract :
In this paper, the details of design and the analysis of a 38GHz mm-wave receiver with offset PLL will be discussed and the methodology of design is studied. All subsystems and overall circuit are simulated using the commercial software. The results show the capability of the mm-wave receiver with offset PLL architecture.
