Abstract :
Impedance spectroscopy can be widely used in various fields of the medicine, biology, industrial monitoring etc. There is a need of low-cost low-power efficient measurement devices, on the market. An almost single chip (TMS320F28069 Piccolo DSP-based) impedance spectroscopy measurement, with frequency range up to 1 MHz, unit has been developed, using novel binary (DSP PWM-unit-based) excitation and Fourier´ analysis part of the acquired by internal 12-bit ADC response signal.
