Abstract :
We show wavelength-conversion over 100 nm-span in full S- and C-band with positive conversion-efficiency by low-power double-pump Four-Wave-Mixing in a QD-SOA. We demonstrate full format transparency in C-band using QPSK, 8-PSK and 16-QAM coherent signals.
